Training is not happening on farms - there are lots of excuses, it is too expensive, it takes up too much time, there are minimum numbers and we have too few staff, we have to travel too far etc etc - it always seems to be TOO something!
That excuse is running out of steam - the risk and the consequences are too big....cover yourself and protect your team - GET YOUR TRAINING SORTED - the alternative is TOO RISKY!
