When you take our Qualified Assessor course you will be able to assess your own team members on their SmartHS skills, which will be a great asset for your business, but you will also be qualified to assess other people that take and pass a SmartHS theory course.

Sometimes people feel happier when their sign off processes is undertaken by an independent person, so this course is ideal for providing that degree of separation while retaining that proven level of knowledge.

It can also look better if you are ever audited on your training processes - self certification is great but there can sometimes be a benefit in having a demonstrable unbiased process that adds credibility to the achievement.

Also if you are interested in taking the course further it could develop into a business opportunity - many people do not have the time to manage assessments, so they could be happy to fund a third party - you - to take the pressure off!
